These forums are supposed to be international,right? Well, why not make separate categories for english and romanian users? It would help avoid the general confusion. Opinions?

As you said yes this is an international forum and i dont intent to change it.
IF we create a category for romanian people what forums you expect it to contain: you suggest that we should clone the entire forum ?

It is suposed that the new user is reading the rules first so he should know this is an english forum. This was the first ideea(english and romanian forums) but this way the comunity will also split in two sides and considering our number of users....
